China will launch its third manned space mission in late September and will make his first space walk, said a state agency news.
The launch of Shenzhou 7 was conducted between 25 and September 30, noted at the last minute on Saturday, the agency Xinhua.
The spacecraft will be launched at the Centre for Satellite Launches Jiuquan in Gansu Province, located in the northwest of the country, added the news agency quoting a spokesman for the center.
The spacecraft will carry three astronauts, one of whom will conduct a space walk, added the report quoting Zhao Changxi, a senior scientist of the project.
The hike will be broadcast live using cameras mounted on the inside and outside the spacecraft, Xinhua said.
In 2003, China became the third country in the world-together with the United States and Russia-sending a human to orbit the Earth. Then launched a mission with two men in 2005.
China last year launched a probe mole, approximately one month after his rival Japan launched into space its own lunar orbiter.
