Lewis Hamilton will depart from the 'pole' in the Belgium Grand Prix
The British Lewis Hamilton (McLaren-Mercedes) will depart from the domindo 'pole position' in the Belgium Grand Prix Formula 1, the thirteenth race of the season, after obtaining the best time in the rankings at Spa-Francorchamps.

With a time of 1 minute, 47 seconds and 338 milliseconds, Hamilton surpassed the Brazilian Felipe Massa (Ferrari) and its companion Finnish Heikki Kovalainen.

The current champion Kimi Raikkonen (Ferrari) will come from fourth place ahead of Nick Heidfeld (BMW Sauber), Fernando Alonso (Renault), Mark Webber (Red Bull) and Robert Kubica (BMW Sauber).

The two Toro Rosso agreed to the third stage of the rankings for the second consecutive time but could not improve: the Frenchman Sebastien Bourdais was ranked ninth, his best season this square, in front of his partner Sebastian Vettel, apparently too laden with fuel.

The bad surprise was starring Toyota, which registered no single among the top ten.

The rain, which had made act of appearance in the morning, forgave the meeting of classifications.
